Against All Odds: Mirebalais Hospital Makes Progress

Summer floods, broken water trucks, stalled supply shipments, and elections can not stop the resolve of hundreds of Haitian workers building the largest, most advanced hospital in Haiti.  The walls of the main building are largely up.   The public hospital being built under the auspices of Partners in Health is 50% complete.  See photos of progress since last September’s cornerstone laying.  http://www.pih.org/blog/entry/images-from-mirebalais-hospital-spring-2011/
