The New Commonwealth Racial Equity and Social Justice Fund (NCF) was founded in the summer of 2020 by a coalition of Massachusetts Black and Brown executives to leverage their individual and collective power to expose, dismantle, and erase systemic racism in Massachusetts. To achieve this goal NCF uses a 3-pronged philanthropic approach of trust-based grantmaking, culturally relevant capacity building, and fostering an ecosystem to support robust racial equity and social justice outcomes.
