Kijabe Children’s Education Fund
Kijabe Children’s Education Fund (KCEFund.org) partners with seven primary schools in Kenya to provide educational and nutritional support for the “poorest of the poor” primarily in the desperate slums of Nairobi. These schools represent over 1,800 children in preschool through grade 8. KCEF artnerships include daily feeding programs, facility improvements, teacher training and salary support, curriculum materials, computers, and experiential education. In addition, KCEF provides scholarship and mentoring support for over 140 secondary and university students, graduates of the primary schools.
