Beyond Borders
Beyond Borders adapts, develops, implements, and shares strategies designed to spark social norms change and catalyze movement building in Haiti. Beyond Borders partners with Haitian organizations to train and support activists who mobilize their communities to defend human rights and address the needs of the most marginalized in society. The programming favors local initiatives and participatory approaches to transform social norms. Beyond Borders supports the movements in Haiti to end child domestic slavery (restavèk); guarantee quality primary education for all children; end violence against women and girls; and promote economic justice and sustainable livelihoods.
